JOWAR KHICHIRI

Jowar rava 50g.
Jaggery 50g.
Moong dal 50g.
Pumpkin 30g.
Carrot 30 g.
Method
1. Cook the jowar rava in whater.
2. Chop up the jowar rava in whater.
3.Mix cooked jowar dal and vegitable and add the jaggery syrup .
4. Warm over a slow fire for a few minutes
5.  After that serve it on plates

Ragi flour 45 g.
Wheat flour 20g.
Tuvar dal 20g.
jaggery 55g.
oil 5g.
Method
1.Roast the dal and powder it .
2.Mix the ragi , flour wheat flour and dal powder add the jaggery syrup and make a dough.
3.Take a small portion of the dough and roll into rotis.
4.Fry the rotis using oil on a tava 
5.Serve it on plates.

Jowar rava 60 g.
Roasted groundnuts 30 g.
Onion 10 g.
coriander 10 g.
Oil 10 g.
Method
1. Fry the mustard urad dal and slice onion in oil.
2. Add salt and water and boil.
3.Add the jowar rawa and cook till soft.
4. Add the powder coriander groundnuts and coriander leaves
5. Serve on plate.

Method
1. Roast the ragi and tuvar dal separatly and powder them.
2. Dissolve the jaggery in water and strain.
3.mix both powder and jaggery syrup to the paste.
4. Steam the paste till it does not stick to the sides
5.  cool,cut into pieces
