VEGETABLE KHEER

Wheat 30 g.
Bengal Gram 60 g.
Spinach 35 g.
Jaggery 70 g.
Method
1. Roast the wheat and powder it.
2. Roast the Bengal Gram and powder it.
3.Make a jaggery syrup.
4. Mix the wheat and dal powders, make a batter with the jaggery syrup
5.  Boil the spinach, mash and strain through a cloth or sieve
6.  Add the spinach to the mixture cook for a few minutes stirring often till semi-solid

Beaten Rice 50 g.
groundnuts 40 g.
Jaggery 50 g.
Method
1.Soak the beaten rice in water and mash.
2.Roast and powder the groundnuts and add  to the rice.
3. Make a jaggery syrup
4. Mix the powder and syrup. Cook , stirring the time, few minutes till semi-solid.

Roasted Bengal gram 50 g.
Greens 35 g.
Jaggery 40 g.
Method
1.Melt the ragi first. Soak overnight in water spread grains on a plates and cover with a damp cloth for 2-3 days to germinate.Dry in the sun roast to a pleasant smell and store in an air tight tin
2. Boil the Greens and strain to a pulp.
3.Mix the ragi melt with powdered, roasted the bengal gram and greens pulp.
4. Add water and cook for a short time
4. Dissolve the Jaggery in water and scram aid add to the mixture

Method
1..Boil the Masoor dal and mash
2. .Roast the wheat flour
3. .Boil the spinach and strain to a pulp
4.Dissolve the Jaggery in water and
5.Mix all the above and break up any lumps,
6.Cook for a few minutes

Method
1.Roast the rice and powder .
2.Roast and powder the moong dal.
3.Boil the Keerai (greens) and strain to a pulp. water and .
4.Mix all the above, add boiling water and cook for a few minutes till sermi_solid
4.Fry the cumin seeds in oil and add to the pongal

2. Roast the moong dal.
3. Mix the two, add sufficient water anc look till soft.
4. Dissolve the jaggery in water, strain and add to the cooked mixture.

 Banana  25g
 Jaggery  50 g.
Method
 1. Soak Rice flakes in water for a few
 2. Boil the bengal gram till soft, and mash.
 3. Mash and banana and add to the dal.
 4. Dissolve the Jaggery in hot water and
 5. Mix all the above thoroughly.
